Pull Up a Seat at the Counter
Chef Jim started as a dishwasher at 16 and worked his way up to running kitchens and opening restaurants. Nicolas Matthew is the place he built to cook the food he loves: diner classics, New England favorites and the Italian family recipes he grew up on.
Nearly everything is made in house. That includes the roast beef and the ranch dressing.
